Almond milk or oat milk (1 cup)
Chia seed (1/4 cup)
Pure maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar (1 tbsp)
Pure vanilla extract (1 tsp)
Pinch of salt
Blueberries & Raspberries (1 cup)
DIRECTIONS & NUTRITIONAL ADVICE
Step 1 – Whisk milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a medium bowl.
Step 2 – Cover and refrigerate until thickened, at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
Step 3 – Serve with mix-ins and toppings of your choice.
