I received the 3 month supply and have been taking one a day for 3 weeks. I did take the special 2 packets the night before my surgery and 1 packet the morning of surgery. Those were very good tasting.
My regular packets are vanilla and taste pretty good.
My doctor says taking these give me the best chance for the optimal recovery because I had a lot of damage to my rotorcuff tendons.
I am 1 1/2 weeks post-op right now, time will tell on my outcome.

Mixes easily with water, tastes great( I chose chocolate), love the grab and go easy packs!
I felt happy drinking a healthful breakfast or snack shake. I love this mix!

Protein drinks are not gritty or chalky. But the opening on the package should be narrower to fit inside the shaker bottle, less spillage that way. Also way too expensive.

Good taste but poor packaging, difficult to pour powder into shake cup without spilling.
Pricing is exorbitant, almost $10.00 per envelope!

I'm a teacher and I don't have much time for breaks throughout the day. I appreciate how these are packaged so I can take them with me and have a shake at work. The chocolate tastes good with milk - not super sweet. This was a good rec from my surgeon.
