I bought my second kit recently because I was so pleased with my first. I'm a patient of Dr. Denard, and his team recommended a number of supplements. I chose this kit because it contains all the supplements I need for muscle repair, in one easy daily protein drink. I'm now almost four months post-op for shoulder surgery. I'm confident that at my age (72) this supplement has aided my muscle and tendon repair. I bought the second kit because I'm still in physical therapy and in the healing process. I give them to my husband, too, for repair of heart damage after a heart attack. A muscle is a muscle! We feel like anything we can do at our age to facilitate healing is a big WIN.

I am excited to get started but I will not start until 1/5/25, 15 days before my surgery. I will follow up once I get started

The product taste fantastic, just like a milkshake. I rarely use more than 12 ounces of water. I usually make in the morning with filtered water, put in the refrigerator and drink later in the day. The cup they give you with the mixing ball works great. Sometimes I’ll drink it all at, and sometimes I’ll just take a few gulps throughout the day. It does take the edge off if you’re hungry. I purchased the chocolate in a six month supply. It’s ridiculous what they want for one month versus three and then six months. I figure all I’ll need is a two or three month supply. Most everything in here you get through food if you eat right, and especially if you take supplements like I do. So I’ll probably try to resell at least half of what I have. I definitely don’t need to get fat just because I had rotator/bicep surgery and bought this product, because I do like to eat regularly.

I’m surprised by the reviews that say it doesn’t taste great. I ordered the vanilla and I think it’s better than other protein powders I’ve tried in the past- and it’s MUCH lower in sugar/ higher in vitamins. I guess if you have never had protein powder or supplements before you may not know what to expect? I had a large reconstructive surgery and I’ve felt so much better than expected during recovery. I have a ton of energy and believe it’s due to these supplements in my daily smoothie.

I got this for help with knee replacement surgery. The taste is like chalky cardboard. There are lots of other better tasting, more affordable options out there with these ingredients.
