I LOVE the convenience of OPTIFUEL and used it to replace lunch daily. I added a banana & some ice and used a mini blinder to mix. It turned the powder into a frothy, rich "milk shake" style beverage. Try it - You'll like it!!

I ordered a kit including a glucose monitor and WOW, I wish I would have done this sooner. It was a great learning experience to see how different foods effected my blood sugar and how the peaks crashes made me feel. Optifuel smoothies did not spike my blood glucose levels. I feel as if my surgeon has given me a gift by referring me to CSN because I now know much more about how my body works. Very interesting and helpful.

I have type 2 Diabetes and it made my blood sugar go up very high.

I chose the chocolate flavor. It was a very smooth drink and wasn't chalky to me at all. It was expensive, but I would do it again if needed for surgery.

I was not a fan of these supplemental shakes. The aftertaste was bitter. Because I ordered the cgm, there was no discount.
